What to do if an item is missing from your order
If an item is missing from your order, please follow the steps below before submitting a claim:

Check your order tracking to see if there is another parcel in transit:

Verify if the parcel may have been delivered to a friend, family member, or neighbor.

Carefully check the inside of all boxes, even those that appear to contain only one item.
If the item is still missing after these checks, please contact us and provide the following photos:

All the parcels you received, opened
-
All the products you received, so we can identify each item
-
The invoice received inside the box
These photos allow us to verify the issue and resolve your claim as quickly as possible.
