The product is damaged, faulty, incorrect or it doesn't fit my bike
You have the right to claim any original defect in the product that occurs within two (2) years of delivery of the product.:
- You always need to make a claim within a reasonable time after you should have noticed the defect
- Your right to claim ends after the two-year liability period has passed.

Complaints
As an individual, you have the right to complain via the EU's online dispute resolution platform.
In the event of a dispute, we will comply with the decisions of alternative legal dispute resolution bodies.
