How to report a problem with your helmet
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please provide the following information:

Clear photos showing:

The damage or defects

Multi-angle photos of the helmet (front, back, sides, top, and bottom)

The CE 22.05 or CE 22.06 number on the chinstrap (usually located under the lining, e.g., 12345 / P-6789)

These photos allow us to assess the issue and process your claim efficiently.

Please do not return the product until you have received our return shipping label and instructions.
If the problem is not visually apparent, please still provide photos for assessment.
