How to report an incorrectly fitting product to your bike
To help us verify the compatibility issue, correctly identify the part needed, and avoid sending the same incorrect item again, please provide the following photos:

These photos allow us to verify compatibility and process your claim efficiently.

Please do not return the product until you have received our return shipping label and instructions.
If the problem is not visually apparent, please still provide photos for assessment.
