Timeframe: You have 60 days from the date of receiving to return items for a refund.
Damaged/Incorrect Items: Approval from customer service is required for damaged, incomplete, or incorrect product returns. A specific return label will be provided in these cases. I got it damaged, different, or it doesn't fit my bike.
Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags. It is mandatory to ensure sufficient protection for the original packaging of the item.
