Can I change my order?
- No. We have ramped up capacity at our warehouse to be able to get all orders out as fast as possible, which means we will not have the possibility to edit an order once it has been placed.
Are there prolonged delivery times during the Black Month period and Cyber Days?
- We will do our best to pack and ship all orders as soon as possible. Due to high volumes during Black Month and Cyber days longer delivery times may occur.
Can I use the lowest price guarantee during Black Month and Cyber Days?
