If you have received a damaged item, or in order to apply the warranty, we will need:
- the description of the issue,
- photos or a video showing the general condition of item received,
- photos or a video demonstrating the problems encountered.
It is the incorrect item, or it doesn't fit? Please contact us!
In this case, in order to review the case and find a solution, we will need:
- the description of the issue,
- a photo of the original part,
- a photo of the replacement part received with the labels,
- a photo of your motorcycle.

We require photos as we are an online sales site, so we have no way of seeing the issues you encounter with your order other than through a photo or video.
Once we receive all the documentation, we will get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps. If a return is necessary, we will give you further information.
- Please do not return claimed products until you receive specific instructions from our customer service department in this regard.
