What are the return charges?
- Standard return charge: £4,95
- Heavy and/or bulky products: £11,99
- Tents: £30,00 (How to return a tent?)
Discount Policy: If returning an item lowers your order below the discount threshold, the discount amount will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are excluded from the total order value.

Are the original shipping charges refunded?
Original shipping costs are only refunded if the entire order is returned.
Reordering in a Different Size: After completing your return, if you reorder the same item at a higher price, contact customer care for a refund of the price difference and the return charges. Original and new shipping fees are excluded.

When will I receive my refund?
Returned goods are delivered back to our warehouses within 20 working days (approximately 4 weeks), and once received, they are usually processed within a few days.
The refund will then appear on your original payment method.
Can I return two different orders in the same box?
No, separate orders must be returned in separate boxes with their own return labels. Returns charges may apply to both packages.
