You have 60 days after the date of receiving to return items to us for a refund.
- The items must be unused, in original packaging and must include tags.
Some items cannot be returned.
- Which products cannot be cancelled or returned?
- If these items are returned, we reserve the right to keep them without refund.
Return of Damaged / incorrect items must be approved by our customer service.
- I got it damaged, different, or it doesn't fit my bike
- If a return is needed, you will then receive a claim number which you must enter in the return portal.
- We reserve the right not to accept return of faulty items without an approved claim.
Returns are made at your own charge.
- Since you have to pay your own postage to make a return, we do not charge return freight charge.
- The original freight charges are never refunded, unless explicitly approved by our customer service department.
Returns are for refund only.
- If you want a new item, please return the one you received for a refund. You will then have to place a new order.
