All claims must be reported by email and approved before any return.
To do so, please describe your problem and send multiple photos or a small video of your product that best demonstrate the problems encountered. Take photos from multiple angles, or at least the general condition of the item received, so that we can review your claim.
We require photos as we are an online sales site, so we have no way of seeing the issues you encounter with your order other than through a photo or video.
If your bike part is not compatible, please also send a photo of the original part with replacement part and your motorcycle so that we can review the case. Learn more about how compatibility works on our website : How to find parts for my bike?
Once we receive all the photos or video, we will get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps. If a return is necessary, we will give you further information.
Note: Please do not return an incorrect or faulty item without contacting us first, as you would otherwise be subject to the standard return fee.
