You have 60 days after the date of receiving to return items to us for a refund.
- The items must be unused, in original packaging and must include tags.

- If these items are returned, we will reship them. If they are returned again, we reserve the right to keep them without refund.
Return of Damaged / incorrect items must be approved by our customer service.

- No return freight is charged if your claim is approved.
- If a return is needed, you will then receive a claim number which you must enter in the return portal.
- We reserve the right not to accept return of faulty items without an approved claim.

- The return freight charge applies to all returned or unclaimed item/s, unless there is an approved claim number from our customer service team.
Returns are for refund only.
- If you want a new item, please return the one you received for a refund. You will then have to place a new order. Shipping and return costs are not refundable.
